Return Policy

All Dononman suits are custom-made, so returns aren’t accepted. However, we offer 7-day free alterations to ensure a perfect fit.

1. No Return Policy

  • Since every outfit is custom-tailored to your measurements and preferences, we do not accept returns once your booking is confirmed and measurements are taken.

2. Booking Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel your booking, please do so at least 1 day or 6 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • If our tailor and sales representative have already reached your location, a ₹1,000 visiting charge will apply.

3. Free Alteration Service

  • We offer complimentary alterations for 7 days from the date of delivery to ensure your outfit fits just right.
  • No extra charges will be applied for alterations requested within this period.

4. How to Request an Alteration

  • Simply contact us through the same number used for your booking.
    Our team will schedule a visit at your convenience to handle the required changes.
